So when the arena emptied in Oklahoma City on Monday night, it was Kobe Bryant and the Lakers returning to Los Angeles to pack up their lockers and prepare for an off-season with plenty of uncertainty. And while I’ll preface all of what’s to follow here with the statement: “Oklahoma City proved to be a better team than the Lakers”, I’ll also say that they key moment that turned this game in favor of the Thunder rests on Mike Brown AND Kobe Bryant. As many of you know, I get involved with very few causes. This year, I’ve teamed up with the Connecticut Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for the 2012 MS Golf classic. The event is Monday, May 14th.
